I see that YesAsia has an English subbed DVD containing both Ju-on movies from this past summer. The price is astoundingly low. Does anyone know anything about the publisher, Intercontinental Video (HK)?

I just watched the first 10 minutes of Ju-on: Kuroi Shoujo, with Spanish subtitles. The good part is that Koji Seto is in those first 10 minutes, and he is both adorable as usual and turning in a nice performance that quickly makes you like his character. The bad part....well, it's still good in that this is, after all, a horror movie. And I am creeped out at 10 minutes into the movie and don't really want to watch the rest by myself.

Watch at your own risk! )

I haven't seen any reviews, but the Korean trailer for Ju-on 2009 sure looks scary!

And there's an interview with both casts, including Seto Koji and Hiroki Suzuki. I have no idea what they are saying. Any volunteer translators?

Fortunately, scary movies don't need translation. I might have to buy the DVD.
